Max: Episode III, An IWDC Review

I liked it.

You might like it or hate it.

Decide for your own lazy, fucking self.

Loved it. May be the best of the series. Excellent.

Big, shiny and loud.

I don't know if any other action movie will ever do again.

Don't you think they could have hired somebody who could actually act to play Anikin? He kept me from actually slipping out of reality and into the movie. But the story and action/visuals were great.

Maybe this is my problem, but people keep talking about what a terrible actor Hayden is ... as if Mark Hamil was Dustin Hoffman or something. If Mark was such a good actor - why didn't he get as much work as Harrison Ford? Oh, let me think ... oh, yeah, it's because Mark Hamil is a terrible actor! The two episodes with Hayden were more about some kid making wrong choices, getting duped into a bad line of thinking and swinging a light saber. Hayden broods pretty well, he did fine. He looks pretty kick-ass with that sword in his hand, too. I wouldn't have wanted to be in Obi-wan's boots!

Easy, boy. I was picking on Hud, not your boyfriend Hayden. Actually, I found his portrayal to be pretty good. Yeah he was weak and whiny. If he wasn't, he wouldn't have been tempted to the dark side.

As for Mark Hamill, watch your mouth boy. He has shown himself to be quite the voice over artist and not a half bad comic book writer.

Bill Shatner has become a sci-fi author and travel.com shill. He's still not a good actor. Or singer.
