Well, if you look at the "previous posts" column, they all say "Max:", so it makes me wonder if Jer has fallen off the planet...
TOTALLY true! He's been the not so lucky employee that gets to work REALLY late several times over the past few weeks while they are updating their LAN thingy. Friday night (actually Sat AM) came in at 2:30 (and we knooooooow he wasn't out drinkin'). Tuesday this week he worked until 11pm or so, and tonight lucky boy.....gets to do the SAAAAAME thing. ICK...and of course....I have an early meeting at 8:30 she he's looking at 8:30am- 11pm tonight as his work day.

Man, that's just fuckin' crazy. I'd have quit that shin-dig a long time ago. That borders on abuse! I just hope he's at least getting hella overtime.
He is for now....we'll see come July what happens. How's the flipping thing going?
it's not. :P The cousin I was supposed to do it with was moving out of town, so we ditched the idea. Now, he's not moving, but neither of us has brought the idea up again.
That sucks. Seems like you were pretty excited about the gig. How's the remodel of the house going?
The remodel is going slowly. We have to wait for my dad to get back in town to start tearing down the old garage. We can't afford a professional excavator. He's on an RV trip to Alaska right now, so it'll be at least another month before we even get really started. I hate the waiting!
I hear ya there. We're actually considering selling our place and renting for a few months because we hate our house so much! We have a few items that are in collections that we need to pay off, which we can't do until we sell the house. I am so on the same page that you are!
