Max: Fuck
My former corporate masters at Charter have filed a protest in response to my unemployment claim.
Billionaires think I should be denied a couple hundred so I can survive long to find another job.
Just fucking peachy.

It's SOP to file a protest these days. Especially for places with high turn over. They tried to do it to me when I left Boeing and I still got my money. Talk with the Unemployment people - work it out.
Yeah. I know this is just another step in the process. DES could still ignore the protest - I doubt they will given how much the rep I spoke with today seemed to relish repeating what Charter had told him - but it is possible. I could win on appeal even if they side with Charter at first. And there is the vague hope of finding a job before this madness comes to an end.
But it is still fucking agravating getting screwed by these rich idiots even after I was fired.
Can't you get back-pay from the day you were fired to the day you got hired on at a new place? So, even if you find a new job soon (dear God, please!), you should continue with the unemployment stuff, I think.
