Shaun Malone of California is contesting a speeding ticket in that state by arguing that his GPS-based tracking system shows that the officer's radar gun was wrong.

Sounds to me that Rude the Younger was the one getting p0wned! By both his folks and the state!
He's 17, so of course he is pwnd by his parents. But I am not getting how the state is making him their bitch.
They've already beat him down for driving 70. If he wasn't being herded by his parents, this new ticket would be pinned to him as well - and without the GPS do you think the parents would have taken the leadfoot's side??
He got caught doing something wrong.
Now he is accused of doing something wrong and tech may set him free.
